“My Name is Khristi V Cummings and I reside in the Southside of Jacksonville area. It's my second time living in Jacksonville area and I’m a full time Realtor with Exit Real Estate Gallery.

For starters, Realtors are all independent contractors and all handle their business in different ways. I realize in business that you have nothing to gain from giving someone poor service. I pride myself on exceeding my customers expectation in every facet of the transaction. In addition, I personally invest in real estate from rentals to renovation for over a decade.

After completing my education in business and engineering, I decided to be a real engineer and work for CSX (a Rail Road Company) for 15 years. This truly enriched me with a vast experience in understanding the needs of everyday working families and assist in mentoring some of the brightest associates through their life’s challenges and changes, which is what the need for buying or selling a home brings.

I'm currently married to a wonderful supportive husband and a wonderful son. They are truly my strong support system to be the best that I can be and serving my buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
